Our contract has been over since June, we did not renew. Confirmed before the contract was over that it does not auto renew. Why have we been charged 3x since then? They keep saying they will refund us but they haven’t. They have since blocked our phone number so we cannot contact them. Reported to the BBB and will be disputing with our credit card company.

Leaving my HONEST review. Total we have lost $295 with a company that provided MAYBE $40 worth of services. In June I signed up with Fox thinking it was a proactive company that would deal with potential pests so I wouldn't have to. The sales rep said they would periodically contact us to see if we were having any issues between scheduled maintenance. The day I signed up they put $20 worth of preventive granules in the yard and sprayed the outside foundation. Maybe $40 worth of treatment. Fast forward and it's been a couple of months and a monthly subscription has been deducted. No contact from Fox otherwise. They schedule a termite inspection. Guy never shows. His last text says he'll be here in about 30 min but then ghosts. I question their credibility. Further, the wasps I was hoping to have him look at on the porch are now not being tended to by Fox. I deal with them myself but realize I don't NEED a pest control company not showing up for me when I can just take care of the problem myself at a fraction of the cost. Let's face it, these chemicals they use aren't as expensive as the $45 monthly subscription. I call to cancel and pay for the services that have been provided but am met with the reality that ALTHOUGH the cancelation fee was never disclosed, they "never periodically reach out", and their inspector never showed up, it's MY fault for not letting them correct their mistakes. How can they know you need help otherwise, right? Though neglectful MY signature is the one on the bottom of the agreement and canceling means I must be charged the $250 cancelation fee. The other options is to call anytime I have a future issue with wasps and continue paying for the entire year ($540 total) for them to come out and lay $40 worth of preventive chemicals every few months. The value isn't there. Especially if their workers just opt not to show when scheduled. I learned a valuable lesson about pest control, which party is responsible for keeping up their end of the contract, and about the business strategy of overpricing contract cancelations while underproviding actual service. I'm sure there will be a reply comment along the lines of "how are we expected to correct the situation and provide services if you won't let us". At the end of the day it's my house and I dont have to let anyone on my property I dont want here and I no longer want Fox here. Though $250 is an unfair cancelation fee when no additional services have been provided since the day I signed my contract, in the end it's still better than the $540 I could pay for continuing the year.

Door sales person was extremely rude and completely ignored our 2 very prominet signs that said no soliciting. When asked if he saw the signs he said "yes", but choose to still ring our door bell at 9am on a Saturday. We have also already told your company no in the past but you continue to have your ignorant pushy sales team knock on our door. We will never use your services just due to these kind of poor interactions.
