Rodney Rodriguez from Rid-X came out to do our home termite inspection. He was courteous and competent. My wife and I have been using Rid-X for the past 13 years. We are extremely happy with their service. We would recommend them to you.

Shout out to Rid X. Not only are they great on my scheduled services but they came out and took care of a bunch of ground wasps that were getting up into the eaves of my house. There could’ve been a lot of damage, but they came over the next day and got them all taken care. Thanks guys.

I have been in a business relationship with RID-X since 2010, when they pre-treated my new home for termites before the slab was poured. Since then, I have maintained a contract with them to continuously monitor my home for termite activity. In my previous home, I experienced several instances of termite infestation, but I am pleased to report that I have not had a single occurrence in my new home. I attribute this success largely to the proactive relationship I have with RID-X and following their recommendations. As you can imagine, a 15-year relationship brings about some changes. Recently, I met their new technician, Rodney, after the previous technician retired. I am confident that Rodney will provide the same level of attention and professionalism, and I fully intend to continue my business with RID-X for the foreseeable future.

Mice and insects were everywhere in my kitchen. I tried every cure and spray, but to no avail. I then got in touch with Rid-X Pest Control, and their staff took care of the issue in a competent and efficient manner. My kitchen is totally pest-free now. Strongly advised.

Tony and Kim showed up exactly on time trench and drilled the patio and the sidewalks and then sprayed termidor around the whole perimeter and did an absolute fabulous job. Highly recommend

NOT HAPPY AT ALL...called about a gopher problem under our bathtub...they were nice, came out, removed some dirt, laid out bait, and made an access panel...LESS than 24 hours later and $213.00+, the dirt was back, the bait covered and gopher was still destroying things. My hubby called Rid-X and instead of them coming BACK OUT to take care of the problem they were PAID to do, they TOLD my husband what to do...3 hours after the phone call, dirt once again removed by my HUSBAND...gopher was caught and destroyed...what a waste of money...NEVER USING THESE PEOPLE AGAIN...if your not going to be thorough in your job, YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN THE BUSINESS!!!!! SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!! Just be fairwarned.
