Professional, courteous, happy and authentic. All of y'all are great we love y'all! Just got back with y'all for the summer! J&J takes care of the company I work for and technician Jerry is our main man!! He's like family to us. He sprays the business, all their personal (family) homes, lake lot and several other employee homes including mine! He really cares about making things right for each and every one of us. We really appreciate Jerry and all y'all in the office and out in the field! Years ago I had another company and had to quit them.. so nice to have J&J now. We are blessed! Lance is a great asset to y'all's team! He works when y'all are short handed and is never negative... just always wanting to help with anything you say you're having an issue with!! Thank you Lance for all you do for us! Even when it feels like 120° outside you are working hard it in it with a big smile on your face! Thank all y'all so much! They always call to notify me of my quarterly inspection. They always work inside while the dogs are out and then the outside when I bring the dogs in. Always on time and very friendly and courteous

This company is great! My apartment complex has had a pest control problem for years. We have been through 3 extermination companies. But a prayer was definitely answered when J & J came along! Mr. Jerry Willis is the best! He takes his time, very respectful, and responsive! I would totally recommend this company!

UPDATE Lance was back today and he must have been having a bad day last time. Today he was great. He was friendly and courteous, a total turn-around from his first visit. I feel so much better about J&J since Lance's visit today. Also, one of the bosses, Jeremi, drove 2 hours to make sure everything was done correctly. That's what I call service. Total turn around from the first visit. He was over an hour late and only called when he was on the way, he could've called with the delay instead of leaving us waiting for 5 hours. Then he took a phone call and talked for about 15 minutes. The entire time he was there he acted like we were bothering him when we asked questions and until I went and got our dogs he wasn't going to even spray in our bedroom or bathroom even though there have been mice in there. To be honest the whole experience makes me a little nervous about having signed up for a whole a year with J&J.

Lance and team continue to do a great job.. keep it up all.! Outstanding service. They remind me of my service date and always arrive on time. The check in when they arrive and are always great to deal with. I have had great results with their treatments and see a noticeable reduction in the number of pests. I spend a good deal of time outside near the pool and after starting their service we rarely even see a bug. Before that you would get eaten alive! Thanks guys and great work
