I made an appointment because I have an armadillo tearing up my yard. They came out, inspected, put a hold on my card, and told me someone would be back to set up a trap to catch/relocate. Everything was fine. Then hours later I get a text message that they don't do armadillo removal. My husband I have spent two months and countless hours calling and talking to numerous individuals with this company. We repeatedly have been scheduled and billed for services we didn't request. I would not recommend using terminix for any large products. The did a full encapsulation in our crawl space. I had to supervise their team the entire team and have them come back and fix areas that they cut corners (didn’t clean under the house, didn’t clean up after themselves, used subpar materials that wouldn’t last) through out the project.
