Very much like the control. I don’t like the new policy of the company only setting a date for the service and not a firm time slot. If I want treatment inside and outside, I have to hang around the house all day to let the service rep inside.

Clayton has taken real responsibility for our pests! We haven't seen any live bugs, wasps, spiders or rodents since he began service last year. Ants in the yard are also under control. Innovative is the best! Clayton is very knowledgeable as well!
