We started hearing noises in the attic at night and were pretty sure something was up there. The technician came out and inspected the attic, roofline, and exterior of the house. He found a possible opening and explained how rodents could be getting inside. He gave us some practical recommendations without trying to scare us into buying anything. The inspection was thorough and the whole experience was straightforward. We're glad we had someone take a look.
