He asked me multiple times if I had any questions or concerns during the appointment to ensure I was informed about everything that was going on. Ramone was a delight to talk to - he made me feel like a real person rather than just a customer he had to check off his appointment list. I would only use these guys if you want to have to fight with the them every step of the way to get them to do their jobs. They have zero communication skills, they never let you know when they are coming or when they show up, and they consistently do half the job that they were hired for.
