I made an appointment to have a pest removed, as a current customer, and then they called back to say they were going to charge me. I told them no one told me that when I made the appointment. A trap was left in my yard and the animal was in it. The repercussions claimed it was past the date, no it wasn't because they removed a previous one and left a new trap. Even so, it's not my fa
