My regular pest control company is supposed to spray for wasps, but right after they did their quarterly service I noticed wasps hanging around the front of my house. They wouldn't come on the weekend, so I called It's Bugs Or Us, and James was able to come the same day and take care of the wasps (and find & remove nests the other company didn't notice). I'm extremely grateful for the quick and thorough service.

Hunter and James were very straightforward, competent, and thorough. Even took extra time to go through likely possibilities for future needs/services and let me know my options for best results through D-I-Y, their services, or complementary work by another provider (ex. weatherproofing on garage door base). I am quite decided that should the need arise to perform maintenance or additional treatments, this company will be my first call.

James is a star. He came by on short notice and did a brilliant job for the whole garden. He was rather efficient. Furthermore, he didn’t try and sell me additional services. He gave me honest advice around what’s needed and what is not needed. He performed some exclusion work as well all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend James.

James did a thorough job looking at my issue and providing me with a reasonable quote. The turnaround time was fast, and our house has now been treated. Of the three requests I put out for a quote (actually five, only three responded) James was the most thorough at looking over the area and taking the most time to inspect all areas of concern. I would recommend James and It's Bugs or Us to anyone needing pest solutions.

Highly recommend. The owner took time out of his Saturday to email with me, which led me to a pest solution. For about a year we had been dealing with a very persistent pest problem, the best I could describe as tiny beetle. When I reached out to this company via website, I got a response from the owner asking for pictures and more detail. Shortly after I set a picture he was able to identify the species, something I had not been able to do. After some specific information about these bugs, and some experience of his with them, I was able to find the source of the problem. Very appreciative of this company and its owner and, again, highly recommend.

If you need bed bugs removed James is the guy. I woke up to a scary Saturday, were I was clueless what was happening with my mattress. I called a few places and James with It's Bugs or Us Pest Control gave me the cleanest solution and soonest date. James came by my place a few days before for the prep work I needed to do. James was very clear on what I needed to do to resolve this issue. He was very professional, polite and assertive to solve my insect issue. I am truly happy with the results; I went from panic, paranoia, anxiety to peace of mind after James got done with the treatment. I totally recommend James and his company to do the job right. I hope to never run into these issue again; but who ever needs this type of service done please call It's Bugs or Us Pest Control.
