I chose this company to get rid of a roach problem due to the reviews it has but I did not have the same experience. According to their agreement the service was guaranteed to get rid of them. The first time they sprayed there was a small difference they came back 2 weeks later to check I voiced I still saw roches and didn't think the first spray was effective. Ownership seems to have an elitist attitude and not willing to listen to the customer to help iron out any communication disconnects. I tried to work with them on ironing out a new contract (at which they agreed to but later called me back and said that they didn’t want to do it) but they were unwilling.
