I cannot overstate how pleased I am with the re-call experience from yesterday morning! Having had a contract with this company for several years now, I have always been satisfied with the levels of service, but a few weeks after our quarterly service, we noticed a tiny ant attack in our home. I called for re-treatment on Friday morning, and was told that it probably would be the next day before a technician could arrive. Certainly a reasonable response to a short-notice request. To my huge surprise, Brock, their polite, excellent technician, arrived within an hour, located the source of the problem, and treated the entire house to eliminate the problem. This superb service guarantees our loyalty and urges others to consider A-Tex Pest Management for their extermination needs.

So communicative, punctual, patient, and friendly. He really took the time to listen and follow through on each and every item I noted. A-Tex pest control has been amazing to work with. My wife and I recently moved into our first house and the amount of bugs we noticed in the first week would shock you. I needed regular pest control services quick and A-Tex was able to quote me services and come by for the first service with only about a week lead time. Prices are very competitive. Brendon came by for our first service and could not be more helpful. He walked me through the treatments, how they would affect bug activity, and told me what to do in the event more bugs are visible between services. I hope he come by again!

I was able to get scheduled for service within a few days from the initial call. Good communication and friendly service.

Update 7/22: Brandon Hammock is the second in-home care expert that A-Tex Pest has sent my way. Brandon was here to do the first full house dusting and spraying baseline which will now become our quarterly service. And if Brandon and Angel are the evidence of the talent, professionalism, friendliness and reliability of the entire team, then I am in very good hands. Brandon was on time, efficient in his work, helpful by explaining the process and expected results and he went out of his way to be sure I was happy. Well done Brandon and thank you A-Tex for the top quality team you have assembled. Original 7/16: Angel Soto was just here to complete an inspection and he did so much more than search for bugs. He walked me through what might be happening and why and then calmly helped me understand various solutions. He answered all my questions (there were many) as if each one was the best question I could ask. I felt so understood and valued. We're on the road to a pest-free home now. And it all started with A-Tex sending me (an) Angel. Highly recommend.
