We needed a termite and ant inspection for our home and our business's pest control person recommended AAPC. Scheduling the appointment was smooth, and they arrived on time with great communication throughout the process. Their service was excellent. They thoroughly explained and demonstrated the pest problems in our home and the surrounding area, and even conducted the treatment immediately, despite the appointment being for an inspection only. Fees and services were clearly discussed upfront with no hidden costs. Brad is very knowledgeable about termites and ants, and Brenda provides excellent customer service.

This company was very professional from beginning to end. Our technician, Danielle, was nice, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I learned she was the only one currently working for this branch since it’s brand new to this area (already established elsewhere) but despite that she didn’t act rushed and answered any questions we had prior to and after treating the house. I highly recommend this company when you need treatment. It’s the first company we’ve used in several years and happy we did.
