Mosquito Squad has been thorough and fair priced. Always on top of any issues and system works great. and Eric is thorough and a fabulous employee and glad he works on our system.

Highly recommend Mosquito Squad. The technicians are punctual, responsive and professional. We’ve been using for 10 years now and their treatments are effective. Very easy to work with and the communication is great throughout.

Mosquito Squad is the absolute best! We have a town house and we have a treatment every 2 weeks and have seen a remarkable decrease in mosquitoes even though our neighbors don’t treat. We have pups so we made sure they were using ingredients that were safe for pets. Everyone that works at Mosquito Squad is friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to Eric who is our regular tech. MS should be proud to have such a friendly, courteous guy working for them. The other tech, Robert, is also a credit to MS. Candace is always helpful and handles any scheduling issues promptly and professionally. I appreciate them all.

Hands down the best treatment service you can ask for. Best customer service. Michael came in today for an expedited requested and he was out at my property 30 minutes later. Best in the business!

Mosquito squad cleaned our backyard turf. It looks amazing and smells great. No more dog urine smell! Yay!!!

Technician did a very thorough job spraying our property arrived as stated in Eta. The receptionist is very pleasant to work with as well. Would highly reccomend Mosquito Squad!

They came out and took a picture of my front door, but never entered the back/pool area, which is where the problem of mosquitoes is. 3 adults were home, and none of us saw the technician. He did not treat the back yard, and 3 calls to enquire go to voice mail and are not returned. No service, no response. Do not use!

Unreliable for scheduled service days so I cancelled after the 1st appointment (and failed 2nd appointment) to go somewhere else. Super easy to get a quote, sign up, and get first service. The online survey suggested a recurring 14-day treatment. They came out the next day and sprayed which was great, but I was surprised to not get a knock on the door, explain the process, ask for the "problem areas". The technician showed up, sprayed, and then drove off. Not entirely troublesome, but I wanted to share the feedback. Fast forward 2 weeks for our next appointment and no-one showed up, no spray, but we were still charged. The good thing is we did notice a decrease in mosquitoes in our backyard. Called the office and spoke with Heidi to let her know this was our first time getting any mosquito service and that although I received an email reminder of the appointment, no one showed up and we still got charged. I also shared my feedback of not speaking to a technician and wanted to be sure that I understood the appointment schedule because we have a dog that needs to be put away for the safety of her technician's. She offered to reschedule the appointment and the appointment day came and went and no one showed up again. We don't want to worry about if someone is actually going to show up or not for the scheduled appointment, and if we are going to get charged so I am exploring other options. When I called there wasn't too much concern for understanding why we cancelled it was just an "okay, you're cancelled". Take that however you'd like it. May have been an off-day but that was my experience.

We have been using the service from Trey for 2 years now. Generally works great. Much better than I could do with store bought Mosquite sprays. Due to unexpected rain or a worse than normal infestations, I sometimes have to call Trey for a repeat application. Trey is always very responsive when reapplications are needed. He is also very flexible when we need a temporary schedule change. His Team is also responsive to periodic requests to concentrate the spray in specific areas. Mosquito Squad of Dallas has a great team and I'll be working with them for my 3rd year in 2016. We can finally use our front/back yards after reclaiming them from the Mosquitos!
