After hearing an animal in my attic, I wanted the help of some professionals who were knowledgeable and, above all, humane. 911 Wildlife sent out Nick, and he was helpful, informative, and friendly! He did a thorough inspection of the house and wrote up a fair estimate for work that would take care of my current problem and prevent others from arising. Nick did quality and timely work on the house, and the folks at 911 Wildlife were helpful every step of the way.

Devin was so professional each time he came out to my home. His work rid my home of critters in the attic. His follow up was impeccable.

We were hearing what sounded like birds above the kitchen stove and feared a mother built a nest their to house her eggs. I had no idea what to do so called our pest control company. They advised I call the city's Animal Control Officer because most bird species are protected and would need to be professionally removed and placed safely. Worse cases scenario, I would have to wait for the eggs to hatch and the babies to be able to fly veggie they could be removed. The ACO could hear an animal in the vent, but couldn't see it as it was located beyond a bend in the piping. They suggested I call 911 Wildlife. I was beginning to feel like I stepped into a reality TV show. The technician, Rob was super nice. He also couldn't reach the bird thru the outside vent, but when he opened the exhaust from inside the house, the bird quickly escaped into my living room. Once Rob retrieved his ladder and net, he secured the bird within 5 minutes. Luckily, it was a starling which is not a protected species and there was no nest and no eggs. He simply released her back into the skies and my life was saved!! I was also relieved that I wouldn't have to pay relocation fees or wait for baby birds to hatch.

Amazing service! We were having issues with squirrels in our pergola in our backyard. We weren’t sure if there were babies and we quickly discovered that there were. Devin did a fantastic job to resolve the problem. He was highly communicative and helpful, even after hours and on the weekend. Unfortunately, the mama did not come back and so Devin took the babies to go to a wildlife rescue. Thankful for his hard work and for the kindness shown to the animals. Hopefully we won’t need to use wildlife 911 for a while but if we do, I know it will be done well and handled with care!

After a recent storm, I discovered one of my foundation vent covers had been removed. It appeared that a raccoon seeking shelter from the weather removed the cover to gain access underneath the house. I contacted 911 Wildlife and Kobe responded promptly the same day. After inspecting under the house, Kobe installed a one-way trap that would allow the intruder to exit but prevent it from getting back inside. After a few days, Kobe returned to remove the trap and sealed the opening to prevent any further wildlife intrusions. Kobe did an excellent job, and I appreciate the prompt and professional response.

Excellent experience. Really personable and did a great job explaining all of the openings around our house to prevent future incidents. They helped us get rid of the animals that were Living in or around our property. Came on site quickly, provided a quote quickly that was easy to understand, and was able to come out and get the work done in a very short amount of time as well. Nothing but great things to say about my experience.

We had a rat in our attic and immediately called Wildlife911. Kobe is incredibly knowledge and looked in places for entrance points that we never thought about.

Rob was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional today with his estimate for our animal infestation problem. He explained to us exactly what needed to be done and why. In the end, we decided to deal with it ourselves as we are retired seniors and on a fixed income. He was gracious when we told him of that decision. If we end up needing help after all, we will certainly call him and no one else.

Had a bird accessing the exhaust vent for microwave. They were onsite within an hour to assess and able to come back the next day for extraction! Thw tech was kind, professional, and informative. I highly recommend!
