Initial startup of pest and termite control. Chris was polite, friendly, professional and efficient. Price is great, including fee for installation of termite traps.

Chris came out for initial service and was very knowledgable and attentive to what’s going on at our house. Unsure how effective it will be since this was the first service after switching from another provider, but Chris was A+ on the first visit.

Inspector seemed nice but didn’t help with my problem at all. He didn’t even attempt to look at anything. I have a duplex and understand that it needs to be fully Inspected and agreed to it and he didn’t Do it. Not to mention they don’t do anything roof related. Seemed to just make fun of my situation. Laughed and made light of my problem and tried to sell me their pest control service. I’m extremely disappointed. This is was my second estimate and the other company went all out. Do better!

haven’t pest solutions is amazing. We have been using them since we moved in 5 years ago. They always go above and beyond. I love how they use safe spray for animals. I have dogs and want to insure they are safe. Chris Grigoletti Is our normal guy who comes out for the preventive work and he always does an amazing job. Pleasant technician. He did make an error that I noticed after he left. He said he would come back to remedy that. So far he hasn't returned, and I haven't heard back from the company on the mistake. A bit disappointed about that.
I believe the technician was supposed to spray interior as well. I was home all day and no one knocked on the door or rang the bell. So I know they didn’t try to get in touch with me.
My request was a pest control. However, the solution simply sprayed the pest control products, and shared the rodent inspection. As a result, at home, I find more than two cockroaches everyday.

As products begin working, existing pests are flushed out of their hiding places, which can occur during the first 10–14 days following treatment. While this can be concerning, it’s typically a sign the treatment is working.<br><br>That said, our goal is always to take care of the issue. We’ve already followed up directly, explained what to expect, and proactively scheduled a return visit to re-treat if needed at no additional charge. I had a very frustrating experience with Haven Pest Solutions. They were extremely hard to get in touch with—calls went unanswered, and when I finally did reach someone, scheduling was a hassle. To make matters worse, the mosquito control service they provided didn’t work at all. After paying for their service, I still had a major mosquito problem. I definitely won’t be using their services again.

Chris is knowledgeable and friendly. However I have given two contract chances and there is no follow up. We are still having problems 6 months later
Chris is a very nice man. He does such a wonderful job when he comes here. I hope I get it next time he’s awesome.
