We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced after your initial service visit.<br><br>It’s not uncommon after an initial treatment to see a slight increase in pest activity for a short period of time. As products begin working, existing pests are flushed out of their hiding places, which can occur during the first 10–14 days following treatment. While this can be concerning, it’s typically a sign the treatment is working.<br><br>That said, our goal is always to take care of the issue. We’ve already followed up directly, explained what to expect, and proactively scheduled a return visit to re-treat if needed at no additional charge.
