We worked with Jazz about a month ago, and our experience was pretty mixed: 3 stars is a bit generous but I hate to knock hard working people. The pros: -They are very attentive, flexible, and easy to communicate with. At no point did I feel like I couldnt reach out with a question. -He was generous and let us keep the space heaters for a bit longer than normal because we still were finishing up another room. -Jazz is a hard worker and both picked up and dropped them off. The cons: -We had captured 3 of what we thought were bed bugs When we showed them to Jazz to see if they were actually bed bugs, he confirmed that they were. (we later found out they were rat mites when they didn't go away.) -When we brought out another professional later, they were able to identify right away what they were. -He additionally recommended a $300 spray to apply, (which we took) without even knowing what it was we were dealing with. -When we mentioned that they weren't bed bugs, he pushed back and said he never confirmed that they actually were? Overall, If you are sure you have bed bugs, Plenty of reviews on here tell you that it works and that I can confirm this company works hard at what they do. I would just confirm first that you actually have bed bugs from somewhere with more expertise on all kinds of bugs.

Called Jazz kind of late on Friday about my concerns that I may have bed bugs. Was getting bit by something in my leather recliner. No where else. Jazz came early Saturday to check things out. Extremely thorough. Took my sectional apart, looked at every bed, under the bed, behind the beds. No signs of bed bugs or anything else, but because I feel like something had bit me, he sprayed my furniture to be extra cautious and honestly to help me feel more comfortable. I can't tell you how much better I feel today. I had myself scared to death that I had a bug infestation. Jazz was very calming and made you feel no job was to big for him to handle. I would 100% recommend him if you have a problem.

After doing some research and learning that heat treatment is the best way to eliminate bedbugs, I called Jazz. He responded quickly and came out the day I requested to set up the heater for a small extra fee (which I definitely recommend). He walked us through exactly how to use it, and after running the heater for 24 hours in multiple rooms—plus using the chemical he had—the bedbugs are completely gone. Jazz was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process way less stressful.

Apparently I picked up a bed bug or two while I was in a hotel in LA. Jazz drove an hour in traffic after hours to setup the heating units so I could have my apartment fixed for the weekend. 1000 times better than relying on those corporate pest control scammers.

Called and Jazz came out next day and set it all up! It’s terrible to have bed bugs but he made it easy to get rid of them for a lot cheaper than hiring an exterminator. Called the next week to make sure no issues with them again! Highly recommend!!!

Jazz is so awesome! He knows how the bugs operate and the best method to kill them. He was quick responding and coming to my house. My friend had an infestation and he killed them all at his house too. We are so grateful for him. He is a wonderful person too. When I blew a fuse he offered to come help me and he was 40 min away and it was late. I figured it out though with his help over the phone. He also let me keep the heater an extra hour since I was moving it to a few rooms. I highly recommend calling Jazz if you have a bed bug issue.

Renting heaters from here saved me over $900.00 and I didn't have to use chemicals. I highly suggest if you have a problem with bed bugs you skip the pest control company and get these heaters. Jazz came out with heaters the exact same day I called for a quote.

Jazz is a scammer. Says heat only then charges another $200 for 8 oz water bottle of chemicals he says for the whole house. Heat and chemicals did nothing. He is a joke.

I just moved in to an apartment and discovered two days after moving in that there was a bed bug problem. The leasing office wanted to charge me a lot of money to chemically treat the bugs over an 8 week span, meanwhile I was living in discomfort, and being bitten. I found Jazz and had a conversation with him in which he was very empathetic and knowledgeable about the situation. He made the process so easy and smooth. I’m so thankful for Jazz and his service. They were quick to respond. I filled out form Tuesday night and they called me the same night. Came the next day in the afternoon and set up all the fans Super easy and quick solution without any chemicals. Under $500 for the equipment and it’s for 24 hours. Only had one room that needed but could have easily done 2 rooms in 24 hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get rid of bed bugs quickly.
