Exterminator showed up on time, he was very clean and professional. Discussed service to be performed throughout. Covered all areas even checked for wasp and spider webs. I will strongly recommend Bughead to anyone!

This process was so easy. I was able to set up an appointment quickly and John was great. He was prompt, detailed and kept me informed.

The Bughead professional, John, came out this morning to do our quarterly service. He was very courteous and friendly. When I mentioned to him that we had a lot of spiderwebs in the ceiling of the garage, he volunteered to clean them all down, which was a task I was preparing to do myself. John worked diligently the entire time he was here, and he did the best job that we’ve had done from Bug Head since the owner himself used to service our home.

My tech, Peyton, was on spot and very knowledgeable. He was considerate to our needs, went above and beyond. He explained reasons for our pests and even looked further into our home to complete his work. Outside he destroyed mud huts all over my exterior. Bug head is a great company and they are lucky to have this technician.

On of their employees sped up and cut me off today while I was in the car with my granddaughter. We were on Ridgeview in Allen around noon on July 3. My husband flipped him off and this guy thought it was funny. If this is how he represents his company, I will not be using them.

Highly recommend! As a homeowner of almost 2 decades, we have used many pest control services throughout the DFW metroplex. We have never been as satisfied with a pest control company as with bughead. What was advised was going the extra mile / extra charge by other companies is standard for them. They spent time on the property (not just 5 mins) checking areas out and treating them. The technician I met with had 30 years experience and explained some issues to me that was causing some of the pest concerns that we did not realize. Professional, courteous, on time, reasonably priced - really happy to finally be working with a pest control company that respects and values its customers.

Walter was EXCELLENT. He took the time to explain everything he did- what he needed to do and more. Couldn’t be happier w him and Bug Head pest control.
