Tim Stevens is the most courteous and responsible technician I have worked with at Smith Thompson. In addition to being kind he is very thorough. He asks about and addresses issues, keeps me posted on progress and always recaps what was done at the end of the appointment. It is a pleasure working with Tim!!

They don’t lock customers into contracts like many other pest control companies do. Instead, they earn your business by providing quality service, which gives them a real incentive to do a great job. That was certainly my experience. Jordan was thorough and did a great job for us. I honestly don’t understand why so many companies rely on subscription contracts. if you consistently provide great service like smith thompson and it’s employees, customers will stay with you because they want to, not because they have to.

Michael went out of his way to help my client get extra information so we could get her house listed. Spent a lot of time explaining the options, and got the treatment done quickly within a week!

I used them for security and got inclined to enroll in their pest control service because of the cheap quarterly rate. Soon found out why it is so cheap. They have serviced my house a couple of times and if anything I have seen an increase in bugs. They do a light spray around the home that takes it seems like 3 minutes and then they leave. Very dissatisfied.
