Romex Pest Control

I am writing this review to document a serious breach of trust involving Romex Pest Control. During a recent service appointment, we allowed one of their technicians into our home. Shortly after the visit, two of my wife's rings went missing from her night stand items that were present immediately before the appointment and gone afterwards. This situation is deeply concerning, and the company response made it worse. Romex Pest Control fail to show urgency or accountability. Any company that enters private areas of customers homes must uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity. Romex did not. Base on this experience, I cannot recommend Romex Pest control. Homeowners should exercise Extreme Caution before allowing their technicians inside their homes

Clay took really good care of my home today!

Company is ok. But They were more than others that even included the Mosquito treatments. Getting ahold of them is really hard. Took me 4 times and 3 kicked back calls just to get them to finally respond to needing fire ants taken care of that were all over my front. After that they made me wait more than a week. Other pest companies have come over right away for middle services for stuff like that. Then I asked them to do me a favor at my house I was selling that was less than one mile away. ONE fire ant hill the buyers were asking to be taken care of. They charged me $250 for what took them less than 5 mins. Oddly overpriced and a little disrespectful to an already paying client to not work something out there. Can't even cite gas prices or travel time there in the same city 1 mile away. Then I wanted to cancel because of these issues and their lack of follow up and follow through and they charged me another $250 cancel fee. Mediocre work and crazy prices. No thanks. They could have saved this easily.

Johnny was very friendly and knowledgeable! He took his time and did everything with excellence. I am very pleased with his service today.

A special shoutout to Johnny for the extra attention he gave to eliminating ants and clearing spiderwebs, particularly in the high, hard-to-reach eaves and around our garage. José was my tech. He was very thorough with my respray to address the ants. He even came back to the house after leaving when I asked for him to spray the inside. I really appreciated his care and commitment to getting job done right even on a Friday afternoon.

Great service, the service agent that came out and when communicated to spray/treat certain locations (wasp nest/black widow spots) he sprayed and confirmed the presses as well as what to do afterwards ! So far a good company !

have you ever even taught your techs how to fill a bait station? i'd say they were scared of the bait blocks but they're out here spraying with no gloves on so it definitely aint that

Clay took time to tell me what he was going to do and did all he said he was doing. He took extra time by our swimming pool so my grandsons won’t get stung by the bees. Call them and ask for Clay!!!

He has serviced my property multiple times and he always comes with the same energy. I have had a great experience so far with Romex and the people i interacted with (Niko - sales and Clay - tech). Niko did a good job with follow up while not providing to much pressure where i felt obligated to make a decision right then and there. (Orkin did that and it was not fun). As for the service appointment, clay was great with communication and got my house taken care of. This was my first appointment so i don't have data yet on the success of the treatments but the wife is happy. From a pricing standpoint they were on the higher side than some of the local business that i called but i felt the value proposition was good.

Service guy Demarcus came to my house to check my kitchen area as there were a lot of bugs. He put spray and also walked around my house to check everything. Excellent service!

I used to have Romex and they were great. I never had any complaints. They were always available and always warrantied their work. I went through a rough patch Financially last year and had to cancel, unfortunately. Ephraim showed up to my house yesterday and was able to get me pretty close to what I used to pay. He was Courteous of my time, polite, knowledgeable, accommodating And overall was pleasant to do business with. People come through my neighborhood all the time and try to sell me pest control and no one has ever gotten close to the prices Romex provides. No one has ever got close to the services Romex provides. The fact that they warranty, their work is amazing. It’s easy to do business with them when they stand by their work. They’re a great team and I’m glad to be doing business with them again. Make sure you ask for Ephraim!!!

We've been with Romex for probably 6-8ish months now. This is the second time we've had JJ come to the house. Always gives us a heads up prior to stopping by. He's been very professional. Very personable as well. Would highly recommend Romex to anyone that needs to get rid of a problem.

Travis came today and he cleared all spider webs across all corners & outside areas. He sprayed bug repellent liquid around the house and garage. He has done fantastic work. Thanks for sending him for the service. - sai
