Our complaint is that we feel we have a trust relationship with your company by trusting you with our credit card number and allowing you to charge to it. We feel you violate that relationship by simply raising the price when you decide and without any notice charge us the higher price. I had a very bad experience with this company. They did a bait and switch on me. The salesman told me that they would get rid of my rodent problem and sterilize my attic with a spray. So, I paid them $1,100.00 to do the job. They did it, but they wanted extra money for the spraying of the attic. I told Arron, the salesman, heck no! I called the office and got the run around, of course, then, when I was able to get a hold of someone with some sense. I was told it wasn't in my contract and that
