This company I've never heard of charged my credit card $378.88 and their telephone is out of service! I submitted this as a fraudulent charge to my bank. Shame on them!

Update: STAY AWAY!!! Horrible company to do business with. After 2-3 years of business and good standing, our family was experiencing an unexpected situation and needed to cancel services. They said we would need to keep paying through the end of the year because we didn't cancel before contract auto-renewal (a few weeks prior), or we could pay a $250 cancellation fee. I asked if we could discuss further, and they said they would have the branch manager call. He never called, and they auto-billed our card on file a couple weeks later. I had to take the card off our account to keep them from charging it. This was back in August, which is also when they stopped servicing us, yet they're still sending a new invoice every month (now December). I just called again, and their billing lady felt like talking to AI, but we're supposedly not going to be receiving more invoices. I see now they're changing their name. Shady business practices with this place, and I will definitely not be going with them when we start pest control again this season. Former review: Reggie Chapman did a great job today. He took the time to listen to our concerns and address them.

COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! Original review was 5 stars but I made that judgement in haste I see now. I have caught them TWICE now marking my unit complete and it was not. Now I am in my leasing office because they were not there the day they were supposed to be but somehow gained access to my unit on a day they weren't. And then the icing on the cake is they entered my apartment at 10:04 am and locked it at 10:05am. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW SERVICES WERE RENDERED IN ONE MINUTE? Horrible company

I had a five star review, and I deleted it and am changing it to 1 star. First of all, over the last year, I have had approximately 7 ant hills. Every single one has been treated by Magna, and every time I tell the technician that my entire property needs to be treated for ants, because the problem is clearly not going away by spot treating it. Every technician says don't worry, they aren't coming back, and never treats the entire property. So I finally got my eighth ant hill and this time I called in and asked for a manager. First of all, every time you call in and use the phone system, no matter what you do, you get routed to new customers. You can never get routed to existing customers. Then when you do, you get transfered overseas, which instantly provides a worse customer service experience. I asked for a branch manager last Thursday. They said they'd schedule an appointment and text me. No text received. Monday came, I called again, asked for a branch manager again, and was told I'd get a text. No text. On Tuesday I called again, had to wait again, and asked for a manager again. No text again. Thursday morning I call, asking again for a manager. I demanded I stayed on the phone because they keep not texting me. They wouldn't schedule a branch manager and said they'd call me back. No phone call. 4pm yesterday I called again and again had to fight the phone system to get someone who said "a branch manager confirmed they will see you next Monday after 4pm." Great. Finally I walked away. Today I get a call from Magna, saying my visit Monday is with a standard technician and there's still no branch manager coming or scheduled. Dear GOD. I'm leaving my technician appointment for next Monday and promptly cancelling and will not recommend this company. You literally can't get a manager here and pay just as much if not more than other companies. This company used to be excellent, and I literally had a five star review for it. I don't know what's changed. If a manager wants to contact me, I will contemplate whether or not to keep this review up.

He did the bare minimum he was nice and polite and friendly. But he didn’t even I was very disappointed. He did the bare minimum I had to ask him to get in a few closets. I expected a lot more. I feel like I got half of my house exterminated

Didn’t even attempt to enter my apartment. I wasn’t home and they said it was deadboltted. Also left my door unlocked. Completely unprofessional and could’ve been way worse due to their negligence. Don’t bother, I am forced.

They could not get rid of wasps. I would ask each technician that would do the monthly treatment and they would say they would do the same treatment. That treatment did not work. I opted not to renew my contract (been a member since 2022) in February and I was told that it would end in June so I had to wait or I would be subject to $250 early termination fee. At that point I was okay with waiting it out. Then in March they send me an email notifying me that they had realized I was paying less than what their current lowest price is. So they were raising my monthly price from $30 to $49 before tax. That was the cherry on top. I know times are hard with the economy but you cannot hope to make customers happy with these types of moves. People, please read over the contract and don’t disregard other peoples experiences.

Called in to cancel my service because I moved and no longer need their service, I was in a 12 month contract that was fully honored and then was put on a month to month service. They office staff told me I had to give a 60 day written notice to cancel my service, and oh by the way they were going to charge me for those 2 months.. this is completely unacceptable. I understand if you’re breaking the contract But not when your month-to-month. It would be different if I was moving to an area where they service but because I’m moving out of state. I get screwed.. not ok.

Today. you had the rudest person going door to door in Fate Texas. He ignored no soliciting signs and harassed a lot of people in our neighborhood. He was very pushing to my wife and I had to get involved to tell him to walk away.

Joe (if that’s his real name) from Magna Pest Solutions decided my “No Soliciting” sign did not apply to him and proceeded to ring my doorbell at 8:30pm on a Wednesday evening. This is not an acceptable time to have your salesman ringing people’s doorbells - my kids (and baby) were sleeping and now I get to get everyone settled all over again because Joe chose to show up late and ignore the sign. No Soliciting signs mean simply that, Do not come to my door and try to solicit, especially at that time in the evening. Magna Pest Solutions has lost a customer permanently without trying their services. This review is based 100% on their unprofessional sales tactics.
