Justin from Preferred Pest Control did a great job, messaged ahead to ask about my concerns, then again the morning of to let me know he was on his way. In about 45 minutes he sprayed the foundation for ants, removed wasp nests, and applied ant gel in the pantry. Detail-oriented and easy to work with. I’ve been a loyal customer of Preferred Pest Control for 4 years

Griffin came out to look at my home for the pesky mouse in my house. He found the evidence but not the critter. Checked my home for entry points and other evidence they may be in others areas. He left me with a couple traps and better peace of mind. He was just the sweetest guy and very courteous, kind, thorough, and explained things easily to me.

Griffin came out the next day and explained their process and the options they offer. We opted for the basic service with the mosquito spray. Griffin was very thorough and removed all the spiderwebs. Comes out every 3 months since we had termites 2 years ago and we haven't seen a leaving breathing creature since then, except our dog and that's the way we like it. Thanks Griffin!
