MosquitoNix North Texas

My system hasn’t been working. The technician came to service it and said two parts needed to be replaced but he didn’t have any in his truck so he would be back in 2 days to do the repair. Nobody showed up 2 days later. I asked why nobody had come and I was told that I had to pay $285 plus tax ahead of time or they wouldn’t repair it. I was never given an invoice or diagnostic results, or even details about the parts that needed to be replaced. Additionally, they had previously suggested I switch to quarterly service instead of monthly service to save money. They didn’t mention quarterly service came with a monthly refill fee that was higher than my original monthly service payment. They also “forgot” to charge me for these monthly fillings until I requested terminating my service. Within minutes I was suddenly charged for all the fill payments that had accumulated without me being made aware. If I hadn’t noticed when I did, these fill fees would’ve kept accumulating each month without me knowing.

Chris is thorough in his regular maintenance of my system. The QuickNix fogging really helps too.

Stanley did a great job today in fogging our front and back yards for mosquitoes. The representatives from Mosquitonix always do a great job and the various services provided really help control our mosquito population. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

I'm not a big fan of being eaten alive by mosquitoes and a friend suggested that I try MosquitoNix. Well I'm happy to say that it works. It's not 100% effective, but it's close enough that I only get bitten occasionally, which is a huge difference. I want to give Stanley a mention as he's been great every time that he's serviced the system. Friendly, helpful and more than willing to answer my questions. Stanley is great and keeps my system working smoothly.
