We had a wasp nest near our back door and didn't feel comfortable trying to remove it ourselves. I called in the morning and they were able to get someone out later that day. The technician inspected the area and explained what he was going to do before starting. He took care of the nest and checked the surrounding area as well. Everything was cleaned up before he left. We haven't had any more wasps around the door since.

I noticed a trail of ants in my kitchen and decided it was time to call a professional. The technician, Mike, showed up right on time and was very friendly. He explained what was causing the problem and what treatment he was going to use. The whole appointment took less than an hour. Within a couple of days, the ants were completely gone. I also appreciated the follow-up call to make sure everything was still under control. It's hard to find companies that care this much about their customers. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Very professional and reliable company. We called about mice in the basement and they responded quickly. The technician inspected the property thoroughly and pointed out entry points we never noticed before. After the treatment and sealing recommendations, the issue improved significantly. Great customer service from start to finish.

This pest control company is contracted through our landlord (Tricon) in the Colony, Texas. We made some complaints about issues with rodents and German roaches before we moved in. In order to combat rodent droppings found inside, they added fresh (loose) bait into the attic and the garage. Anyone with common sense knows that will just draw them in, or at the very least, kill them inside of the walls. They also do not clean up rodent droppings even though they draw rodents into peoples homes with bait. Sent them a clear picture of a German roach and they argued with me that it was wood roaches. I am a licensed exterminator, so I was able to properly identify the issue. This company did not treat for German roaches and instead just treated it like it was wood roaches. The German roaches will not go away with the product they used. There are about 20-30 wasps nests around the property, and they were just here multiple times for service in the last week. Multiple ant mounds around the property. Potential exclusion opportunities they could’ve addressed but chose to ignore. If you are actually looking to fix issues concerning bugs and/or rodents, I would not use this company. The technician was friendly however, the way they do things felt very lazy and actually contributed more to the issue than solving anything. I had them come back out and remove all rat bait from the inside immediately and stopped all services with them. If they are misdiagnosing German roaches like that, I would probably very concerned with getting serviced by them. I would include a picture of the German roach they tried to tell me was a wood roach, however I don’t think I’m allowed to post photos.

The technician was friendly and professional. He answered questions about safety since we have pets. The treatment was done carefully. We followed the instructions provided. Everything has been working well.

Our café had a few fruit flies, and I was worried it would affect customers. Mark came early, cheerful and professional. He identified the source right away and treated it efficiently. The flies were gone within a day. I felt such relief! Mark’s friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole experience easy. I’m very thankful for his help.

It’s been two or three days since he came out and I have not seen one mouse I’d say their the BEST!!!!

Bug Stompers are very thorough, and go above and beyond to fix insect/pests problems. We have had commercial exterminators in the past and they only sprayed a little around the outside base of the house. Bug Stompers will spray inside and out, check bait traps, and ask if you have any other issues; they also offer suggestions, and/or if they notice other types of larger pests/insects that may need to be addressed. Very friendly and professional.

I had the most pleasant experience with this company. They came.right on time and went over and beyond for me. Will used again and would give 10 stars if I could. They where attentive and and was genuinely concerned about my issue. Thank u for your help!

Have used this service several times for mice live in the country and always have issues in the fall , tried to handle myself due to my major fear of mice , bug Stompers’s treated in 2019 and this is the year they have returned 2021 for tx, two years after first tx, very pleased with service and ability to go two years without another tx, please don’t hesitate to call for any issues they guarantee the work and stand by it
