Justin was very kind and courteous. He informed me that he is not really familiar with shrubs and he didn't know what was wrong with an area in our grass. He did call Jeff and send pictures to him to discuss the one area with our grass. I asked Justin not to spray in the backyard area where our puppies are and eat the grass. He saw them outside and proceeded to spray towards them and it was windy. I asked him to stop until I could get them inside the house. Jeff called me back and discussed the area with the issue and the shrubs. Jeff is amazing and very knowledgeable, not sure how educated Justin is.

So this is supposedly the third time they’ve been out to do a treatment on my lawn the first two times we didn’t live in the home yet I didn’t have any cameras set up yet. Then this morning My ring camera went off at approximately 6:52 AM I looked at the camera I seen the truck pull up. I seen him put a flag in the yard and by 7 o’clock. The truck was gone. There is no way he did a fire ant treatment around the entire property in less than seven minutes. Especially since this treatment is a granule treatment. that requires him to make multiple passes through the lawn with a spreader we are very disappointed in the service at this point hopefully management correct it for me. If not, we will be canceling our services with This company

I am disappointed again from today's service. Despite addressing my concerns multiple times, the weed issues persist, and the application process is completely inadequate. During the visits, the technician spends very short time (less than 10 min) on my property. He uses a small handheld spreader for the fertilizer and barely emptied the first bucket. For context, a standard application on my lawn requires a full commercial rolling spreader. Additionally, he only spot-sprayes a few random weeds despite them being widespread. This rushed, minimal effort does not address the problems I have repeatedly reported. No wonder my lawn looks worse than I hired them last year.
