My experience with the technicians remains excellent especially Mr. Kirk, who is still #1 in my book. However, I’m deeply disappointed that Terminix charged me full price for a service I never received after canceling early in the billing cycle requested 10/22, payment 10/21—only 2–3 days used). I was a Terminix customer from May 2023 to February 2026. I have always had subpar service from Terminix but when Technician Nathan Maulsby was assigned to my property last year, my dissatisfaction grew. He repeatedly provided inadequate service, including a visit on February 3, 2026 that lasted only three minutes which was caught on camera. Bad service I am filing a formal complaint regarding the way your company handled my service. When I first called, your employee did not clearly explain any contract terms, cancellation fees, or that I would be locked into a yearly service. I only requested a quote, not an agreement. When your technician came to my home, I asked again about the price. Instead of giving me a clear answer, I was told to “call the account” to know how much I had to pay. This is completely unprofessional and shows
