Service has significantly declined since Barefoot acquired the company we worked with previously. I paid this company a large sum for total rodent extermination and prevention. It is not working and company is not returning calls for warranty service. I was very surprised to find the warranty will expire in less than 3 months and they are not returning calls as warranty period is slipping away.

Gave these people a chance as they promised I would have zero mosquitoes in my backyard. I even questioned it and told him that is a old statement to completely eradicate mosquitoes. They did potentially 4 to 5 treatments because I complain then when I turned off the service services, they immediately said now they have a new additive that can make it better and blame it on the Rains. Do not use these people moreover, they claim that I signed a 12 month contract with that which I actually did not do I signed something at the first treatment to acknowledge that it was done not a 12 month contract then they wanna fight me about it. They should do the right thing and let people go out of contracts, not try to be predatory in their business practices.

Terrible customer service. It's impossible to get an appointment outside of quarterly visits. We were told upon signing a contract that there standard was to come out within 1-2 days if you had an active issue within your home. Well, apparently, that's only if you live within a certain region, as all techs are "15 miles away" every time we have an issue. They do not treat your yard with any spray or granules, so the issues keep occurring. Isaiah is the only tech that seems to take his role seriously. He is very professional and always leaves are house looking great and our issues are always treated. The other tech was unprofessional and did not seem to actually treat or remedy our issue. He did not clean off any webs or wasp nests either. Waste of a visit. Would HIGHLY recommend not getting into a contract with this company as they can not fulfill their services.

Service availability is dependent on technician capacity, routing, and the type of treatment being requested. Additionally, we are required to follow all product label instructions, which often mandate a specific amount of time between treatments. These guidelines exist to ensure treatments are both safe and effective, and they prevent overtreatment of the property.<br><br>After reviewing your account, we can confirm that your follow-up service was originally scheduled for 06/09. In an effort to accommodate your concerns sooner, we were able to move that appointment up to 06/03. We also want to clarify that treatment methods vary based on the pest concern, property conditions, seasonality, and the technician's assessment at the time of service. Not every service includes the same products or application methods.<br><br>We appreciate your recognition of the positive experiences you have had and remain available to assist with any future service needs. Thank you for the refund! We were only serviced a couple times by BMPC. But we were happy with the results. Our backyard pool was mosquito free despite backing to a creek. Unfortunately our house got stuck by lighting and burnt down and we can no longer live there until it’s rebuilt. They were nice enough to return the money I had paid into our account. Thanks again for taking care of us!!!

Worst company ever! We loved Stampede pest control. But this company is horrible. They won’t return our phone calls and when we speak with someone they said they will have the refund in the mail next week. This has never happened. Absolutely horrible company. We just want our $900 balance refunded to us…

Hello Donna,<br>The claims you mentioned were found to be false and discussed with you. We've reviewed your account and confirmed that no refund is due for the amount of $200.00. When this concern was previously addressed, you declined our offer to assist and hired another company instead. Your account exceeded 100 days past due and was subsequently placed in collections for the service completed on 12/21/2022. The payment for that service has since been collected by our Collections Department. As the service was rendered in full and the balance was valid and due, a refund will not be issued. Thank you.

Loved them back when they were Stampede. The service has gone downhill since they merged and I’ve tried for weeks to get ahold of someone to cancel further treatment to no avail. Super scammy.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, I was a longtime customer with Stampede for years, but Once they merged with the new company, every single service date was beyond subpar, not even spraying Half of the things that should’ve been sprayed, still had bugs weeks after they left, even with calling them back and retreating, they still cut corners the entire time, Still charging me full price For a service that wasn’t even close to what it’s been In the past. If they make things right after reading this, I’ll remove the review, But based on the past few services and being charged full price for not even getting full service, I highly recommend you shop around and find another company if you want your property to be treated properly
