Last Fall, we had both squirrels and roof-rats in our attic.. driving our poor cat to distraction. After we saw Pest-Me-Off's excellent on-line reviews, we quickly gave them a call. Ryan came out and fully assessed the situation going over every detail of their pest exclusion and prevention plan with us. Next, their team came out to apply several techniques to extract the pests. Then they applied barriers to multiple potential exterior points of entry. And finally, they inspected the work with us and patiently answered all our questions. We heard horror stories from our neighbors who hired other companies that needed to come out several times after claiming that the pests were gone. Both Ryan and Dylan were extremely meticulous, customer-focused, and effective. We strongly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his team. They are completely responsive, friendly, trustworthy. We were new to the area and needed someone to come and help us get dialed in before summertime and they came over and completely took care of us. Dylan did a great job at our house. He was very thorough and addressed all the issues including wasp nest removal. He even discovered carpenter ants and helped with that. Glad we signed up for quarterly treatment so our house will be pest free!

The follow-up after the first treatment was excellent, and we could clearly see improvement in roach control. They are very knowledgeable about handling roaches. Dylan always did his best to take care of the roach issues at our property and explained the treatment process clearly so customers could understand how things were progressing.

After a horrible experience with a big national pest control company (three visits and zero results), we called Pest Me Off — and the difference was unbelievable. The owner came out first thing the next morning to talk with us, inspect everything, and actually explain what was going on. He took so much time educating us and helping us understand the solution. Later that same day, one of his technicians came back out and handled the entire problem quickly and professionally. We haven’t seen a single wasp inside since then. I really enjoyed meeting Ryan and am very impressed with his wealth of knowledge and how he conducts his business! He really knows how to treat his customers very well. He is very personable and patient and kind. He also was able to provide a one-time service to my mother-in-law for rats, fire ants and wasps, and we are very happy to have that all resolved going forward. Technician Jordan serviced our home for the first time today and was very thorough and personable and accommodating. He did a very nice job on our initial service.
