Philip inspected my home - inside and outside. He was very thorough and very forthcoming with clear information about my specific pest control needs. I feel like I am in excellent hands!! Thank you!! Also, on his return visit, he was very thorough in explaining everything, in treatment for ants inside, and in treating the outside of my home, and in informing me of the status of my rodent stations and my termite statements. I highly recommend PCI. Philip came and did the inspection and told me things that the other two companies I got inspections and quotes from didn't, all while not using scare tactics to try and upsell me. This felt very honest and genuine which is why I hired them to do quite a bit of work for us. Before we bought this house in McKinney we used a general inspection company to do a flurry of things including pest, termite and rodent inspection. After we bought the house we used a different pest control company my mom recommended, they were going to charge me a fortune. Philip found things that both of these inspectors didn't. In addition he explained that some of the things the other pest control company told us weren't actual major concerns and how to mitigate them. To PCI team, keep up the honest work and we'll send yall some referrals when anyone asks for them. I haven't gotten the actual service yet at the time of writing this review, but the inspector himself Philip will be doing the work so I trust it will be top notch.

Had PCI come out to kill underground Yellowjacket nest. Phillip was great. Arrived early. Dusted nest to kill active wasp. Dug out large nest from underground cavity under landscape plants. And sprayed the cavity. He showed me the large nest and explained about yellowjacket characteristics. Great service.
