I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share how let down I was by this company. I came home expecting peace of mind after their service, only to find my apartment still crawling with cockroaches. This was especially disheartening because I take pride in keeping my home spotless and clean, so the infestation clearly wasn’t from neglect on my part. If I could leave zero stars, I would. We signed up for service and got the initial visit in May. In June, I called to move the scheduled service so someone could be home at the time of service and they have “scheduled” us and no showed 3 times making me waste 2 Saturdays and 1 Friday. We tried calling and twice were told someone would call us back, and no one has. Finally got a hold of someone who was extremely rude and would not let us finish a sentence and tried to lie that the service is sche

Massey has been treating our home for several years now, and we could not be happier with them: no bugs in the house!! Our technician is John Lolo who does an OUTSTANDING job… very thorough, great communications letting us know when he’s coming and after, what he has done. We love having him as our technician!! Have been with other companies prior to Massey and never had the satisfaction we have with John and Massey!
