These guys call non- stop until they sell their service, only to not come back ever, and good luck talking to someone to cancel service; they are very good at running your card every month.

This company is absolutely unprofessional. I received an unwanted visit from this company and was wrongfully charged. I signed up with an outside sales rep who had my first service completed at no cost when he venomed me back the initial cost for the service. The original issue is I already have a pest control company until Q3 2026. He made sure that the initial visit wouldn’t cost me which it didn’t after sending me the Venmo amount. He told me to call Black Knight Pest Control to push back my 30 day follow up appt since that was not needed due to my current company still servicing me. I spoke to a representative on April 8 to push back my follow up until my Q3 service would start in September. They said would make the changes. The follow up appointment still happened, and it happened the same day as my current provider came to my house on 5/15. I was charged the full amount which is what I was trying to avoid along with being told by the sales rep and customer service rep this wouldn’t happen. Why would I have 2 pest control companies I’m paying for at the same time? After explaining this to the customer service rep last week, I was told I would be reached out by another customer service rep to handle the issue which hasn’t happened. This is extremely frustrating and was hoping they would make it right for the customer. I shouldn’t be charged for a visit I already called to avoid and was confirmed wouldn’t happen. I was told multiple times I have someone reach out to me but still haven’t. This incident happened almost a month ago. I usually don’t write reviews, but I have no other choice but to do this and hopefully get someone to reach back.

The best experience! I was quoted $1500 to get rid of rats in my attic and garage… Called Black Knight Pest Control and was charged $117 for the same service. Honest and hard-working.

Manny is an absolute very nice gentleman. He’s very knowledgeable and always does a good job. Definitely recommend this family own business. I’ve been using them for over 10 years. Definitely recommend this company.

A friend of mine actually referred me to call MANNY because I had another company come out that was corporate and not that I have anything against corporations, but it was hard to get somebody to come back out with my reoccurring problem with termites. If you’re looking for somebody, that’s not gonna charge you an arm and a leg I totally recommend this company MANNY is the owner and he is charismatic and took care of the problem. Not only did he take care of the problem but he also took care of other things that I didn’t know I had at no additional cost. Definitely gonna keep using this company.

The BEST pest/rodent control service! I contacted multiple companies on Facebook market or Google map but none of them found the entry for the rats coming into my garage or attic. I have the black knight coming, fixing my problem within an hour! I recommend this company if you currently suffering from pest/rodent issues.

I have called and left several messages & cannot get them to call me back. I have even referred them businesses on several occasions! Not any more not sure what is going on with this company. Bad bad customer service very disappointed after using them for several years...

Manny is one of the nicest men you will ever meet. He is thorough and friendly and does a fantastic job. I use Black Knight for my personal home and the properties I manage for others. I would trust Manny in my home when I was away and will never switch as long as Manny is working for this company. No bugs since I started using Black Knight. And they come all the way to my houses in Arlington and are so reasonable in cost. I think a previous rating from a person who left a a one star review is bogus. I just don’t believe they have to resort to going door to door. I’ve recommended them to friends who also switched to Black Knight because of Manny work ethic.

Manny is the only one I trust. I’ve been using his services for probably 20 years. He’s dependable and honest and fair.

I called Black Knight to control termites I found this spring. Out of the three bids, Manny's was the most competitive and addressed the problem I had without trying to sell me stuff I don't need. I was delighted with the service, price and transparency. I plan to use Black Knight for all my properties in North Texas.
