Total madness and absolute incompetence from Terminix customer service. I am completely fed up.For my Houston property, I am under a grandfathered plan. I was trapped on the phone for two hours straight because absolutely no one knew what my plan actually covered, and they claimed they had no documentation on it. I spoke to 10 different agents and got 10 completely different answers! On top of that, I discovered they have been stealthily increasing my prices over the years without any notification. While they finally gave me a discount for the quarter, it took two hours of arguing to fix their unauthorized price gouging. They still refuse to send me official documentation showing the renaming and updated coverage details of my plan.Meanwhile, for my Dallas property, three separate agents completely lied to me about my service. A technician was supposed to show up yesterday and never did. It turns out an agent accidentally booked the technician for the Houston property instead of Dallas! Two other agents then gave me completely fabricated dates and times for a rescheduled appointment.This is a complete management failure. Zero accountability, horrible communication, and absolute disrespect for a customer's time. Fix this. #Terminix #CustomerServiceFail #BadService

James is always quick to respond to our pest request and is thorough about treating effected areas. Hes consistent at returning to check traps and progress of pest extermination and making sure the issue is resolved.

He always communicates with us when he is coming and never does a rush job. He takes the time to help us understand what he is doing and why.
