I had a very frustrating experience with Prize Pest Control. I submitted an inquiry for information, and instead of professional follow-up, I was repeatedly called and texted nonstop. I understand follow-ups are part of business, but the frequency was excessive and felt pushy. What made it worse was the attitude I received when I didn’t answer right away. The line of work I’m in requires me to be on calls constantly, so I’m not always able to respond immediately. Instead of being understanding,
Edit (1/2026): Responding to the request to delete my one star in order to get free mosquito treatment. I don't want to delete but I'll adjust and share something nice. The last visit was nice. The tech listened throughout the rooms until he found a few baby rodents all on the glue trap (so they do work!). I don't like the monthly payment and now that I see on other reviews that I can cancel, I'll do that. I'd rather just pay for the services as needed. 11/2025: Good initially (began 8/2025).
