Quell Pest Control

A sales representative refused to leave my property. He showed up and pretended that there was already a contract on my property. He refused to answer any questions directly about why a contract would have been automatically transferred to me. He tried to make it sound like my HOA required me to have a contract with them, but I have since checked my HOA docs and know that is false. I tried to tell him that I needed to join a work meeting but he refused to leave. He followed me to my door and tried to enter my home. I closed the door on him and he continued to knock and ring the door bell until my husband came to try to figure out what was going on. He told my husband i was being rude and my husband had to yell at him to leave 7 times before he finally left. If I ever see another Quell employee on my property again I am calling the police immediately. If you search google for "Quell scam" you'll see reports of other people being harassed by this company as well.

All these good reviews are a scam. They claim they give a bonus to their tech for leaving a review I didn’t on purpose, reviews are for good business practice not for tips. My experience with quell has been terrible typically young college kids door knocking in a neighborhood. I didn’t have pest control nor do I care to deal with it so I went with them everything sounds sweet until they show up once you make constant complaints about ants in my house everywhere spiders in my garage a black widow to be exact can’t let my dogs roam anywhere. Constantly battling to get them to come back out and respray constant run around get another company to come out family owned one guy with a truck. No bugs going on a month now even gave me his personal number and said you see anything at all I’ll come back immediately. This company continues to charge me for services they aren’t performing. Then proceeds to threaten me with a fee for termination of contract. This might work with the normal family household but this family has a lawyer on retention. I’ll send him to court over your $300 fee. Good luck my proof is now posted for everyone to see. Steer clear of this scheme
