I had a great experience with David from Rentokil. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous from start to finish, and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with confidence. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and I appreciated how thorough he was. It's refreshing to work with someone who truly knows their craft and cares about providing great service. I highly recommend David and Rentokil!

Our tech Scott did great. Me and the wife usually have trouble with wasps this time of year and when we try our luck with other companies they come right back, but they're long gone this time!

Blake did an excellent job at addressing the rat issues quickly. He sealed up all areas for potential entry, communicated great when he was coming back to check traps, and ended up trapping the rat that was causing the issues. Excellent service, friendly, and solved our problem. Really appreciate the help!

Cory Minton is the best thing to ever happen to RENTOKIL. About two years ago, I moved into a condo and started an ongoing construction project that apparently opened a VIP entrance for every creepy crawly in the area. You can imagine that as a person fully convinced every bug is moments away from causing catastrophic destruction, this situation was less than ideal. From the second Cory arrived, he was incredibly patient, professional and thorough. He walked through the entire unit, immediately identified the issue, explained the treatment plan clearly, and calmly talked me down during multiple bug-induced spirals. He even attempted to reassure me by explaining that some of the critters were “harmless.” I absolutely did not believe him, but he delivered the information with such confidence that I trust he believes it, and that’s enough for me. What really stood out was how kind and respectful he was throughout the process. He never made me feel ridiculous for my irrational fear of bugs. He made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable, and that level of customer service is rare. He’s been my go-to pest control hero ever since. Nearly two years later, Cory is still the only technician I want handling service at my home. Excellent service is one thing but consistently excellent service over years is another. 10/10. Five stars. Would trust Cory in both a pest emergency and an emotional support capacity during said pest emergency. At this point, if Cory ever leaves Rentokil, I may have to move. I appreciate his bug fighting bravery and he is the only technician I trust!

Cory is fantastic at Caruth! He’s always attentive to our concerns, very professional and keeps everything under control. We rarely ever have bug issues thanks to him!

Corey does an excellent job with our regular monthly service, communicates well, and is always available should we need any last minute attention for other services outside of the regular visit.

Tech is always pleasant and friendly, smiling. He gets right to the job and is always willing to answer any questions we may have and immediately addresses our concerns should we have any.

The team was wonderful in assisting my property with some remediation and prevention needs we had. Mason and Joshua were so prompt and thorough with their initial inspection, helping me stay calm through a stressful situation.
