Unhinged sales guy killed any chance of doing business with Surge. Despite the "NO SOLICITING" sign on my front door, dude rang the doorbell anyway. Not wanting to be rude, I listened to his pitch for a few minutes, asked for card or pamphlet, and said I'd compare the services to the ones we've been using. Ignoring obvious social cues, he kept trying to ask more questions. I finally got frustrated and suggested he might do well to get his pitch down to 30 seconds, and that I would look into your services. Apparently this bruised his ego, so he mentioned something about making a hundred grand this summer and he could buy my house cash if he wanted to. Congrats on your commission, but you'll have to earn it elsewhere. I went from genuinely considering working with you to zero chance. If this is who you have representing your company, good luck.

I’ve recently been having lots of ant and hornet/wasp issues. I called Surge Pest Control and they’ve been wonderful! I’ve noticed a big difference outside in the populations, and Carter came out today to spray again as the ants came back some. My two techs Connor and Carter have done an excellent job with great customer service! I highly recommend Surge Pest Control for any pest issues.

Good overview of services offered, periodicity, and what we should expect to see in next few weeks immediately after treatment. Patient as the customer explained (poorly) what insects and pests we have seen around the house and yard over the past decade.
