I cannot say enough amazing things about Georgetown Pest Control!!!! The people make this place amazing! Nate was very polite, respectful, helpful and completed our service with a smile. He made sure everything was complete before he left, even checked the attic for rodent activity. We love Georgetown a pest Control! We have had them for years and tell everyone about them! Thanks Nate! And of course Krista in the office is pretty amazing too! We love you Krista!!!!

We are extremely happy with the service that we had today with Jackson. He called me prior to our appointment to tell he wasn’t able to make the 1:00pm time that is usually requested, but would be here around 2:00pm-2:30pm. Well, he made it at 1:15pm so I know he made such a huge effort to make my requested time. He was very thorough in the service he provided. We feel assured our issues are completely under control. We are very pleased with such great service and customer service, as well. Everyone is so very friendly and polite and lets us always know they want our business. Georgetown Pest has taken great care of our home and we’ve never had bug issues. They are quick to handle any wasp nests as they pop up outside, and their employees (especially Parker) are super knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure our inside stays pest free. Every now and then another company knocks on our door to ask for our business but I’m LOYAL to Georgetown Pest because they’ve never let us down!

Unsure. Pros: knocked down webs and nests Thorough outside spray Cons: left all the residue of wasp nests. S No inside spray. Garage was left completely unhandled. All in all they are very convenient and responsive, but would trade that all in for a better service.

The techs didn't respect my property when on-site. I discovered they walked all over my gym mat in the garage and busted open a bag of black mulch in the garage and didn't tell me, staining the concrete. They were messy and inefficient. They also were horrible at communicating when they were coming and acted as if I inconvenienced them bc they had to order a garage door panel they didn't have. I had to have them come back multiple times to seal my garage. I would recommend any other company at this point. Stay away from this company.

It seems a little unnecessary to receive zero dollar invoices via my email. We appreciate the delicate touch when working with my mom who 87 and lives alone. We suddenly had a millipede infestation with thousands of millipedes on the outside walls of our home & inside after new mulch was spread. We’ve never had that problem before. After having our usual pest control person come spray several times with no success I called Georgetown Pest Control. They sent an inspector, Patric, who examined our whole property and gave us good advice and recommendations of how to prevent this in the future. They sent their technician to add special heavy duty wire for the weep holes & caulk all windows & doors. We appreciated all of the team’s professionalism & guidance.

Hung Christmas lights on roof. The technician was very efficient. We left the tub of lights on the porch and they were done by the time we got back home 2 hours later. I like that they hid the wires well on side of the house.

Setting up an appointment with this company was extremely easy/fast and I truly appreciate the fast response time. Pricing was absolutely reasonable and fair. Our technician was Great!!! He was probably here on time and ready to get the job done. Efficient, quick, friendly, and professional. I look forward to continue working with you guys in future
