Had a Moen Posi-Temp Single Handle shower faucet cartridge replaced at one of our investment properties as the shower would not completely turn off. Part is a Moen 1222 B, can be purchased on Amazon for $25-$50. Service tech was at the house for 20 minutes max, arrival to departure.
