We have used King's for about 3 years and are always pleased. Our technician, Jeff, is professional, personable and knowledgeable. We live on two acres and he's always meticulous as to our needs. Prices are competitive!

We have been customers of King's Pest Control just under 30 years. We have not affianced any other pest control services, living in our 3rd home in Georgetown, still trusting King’s. While I have experienced change in the past several years, which I think has been a transition amongst the family leadership/ownership, we stayed with the company largely due to working with Dawn, Steve (recently retired), and Tony. Currently, Tony is our assigned technician, and I truly can't praise him enough. His thoroughness, professionalism, expertise, and friendly face are just some of the reasons that we continue to engage pest control services with King’s. Without Dawn and Tony, I think we would be hard pressed to continue. It’s obvious that these employees would help any organization or business flourish. Many thanks to this powerhouse of a team!

I have been really pleased with kings pest control. They have an outstanding person who is responsible for my service. Jeff was coming out and spraying my house, putting traps etc. He also did some dusting in the attic for scorpions. Never had a problem with the insects since I started the service. I was really bummed when he left for a short period of time, but was elated when he came back. Nothing against the other service personal, but Jeff went above and beyond. He is very skilled, advices if he notices any concerns, very professional and great sense of humor. It is also nice to work with a local company.

I can’t recommend King’s Pest Control enough! We’ve been with them for a few years now and have had no issues with pests during that time. Every technician we’ve had out at our home has been very thorough and communicative, and have always listened to any concerns or questions we might have - especially having young children in our home. Above all that, King’s has always made me feel like we weren’t just another customer to them. Their customer service is unmatched, and you don’t find many places like that anymore!

The technician has nothing to do with me. I am messaging about this company. They overcharge for their services and their customer service is not good. They are unprofessional and inconsistent. Not every one knows the information correctly and they just guess. I tried to cancel this service two mos ago and I am still being charged. Do not use them unless you have money that you don't care to throw away. I still get live scoprions in and around my home. Can a real person that doesn't work on the weekends call me back please? Thank you.

I always request Jeff. He takes the time to pin down the problem, educate me on how the particular pest behaves, and explains in detail what he will be doing and what I can expect. A real winner!!

Tony does our service every 3 months and is excellent. The front office is always proactive to contact you for scheduling and provides great customer service.

I appreciate King pest control for coming out and taking care of my issues with ants, scorpions spiders in such.
