It was a pleasure working with Total Pest control Pleasant Grove... During my initial call, Dara was very friendly and helpful. She set up a contract and scheduled a service call in just minutes. They were able to respond with an inspection and treatment very quickly. Mark, the technician gave me a heads up before he arrived, and provided a detailed explanation of the services he performed.

Our technician was pleasant, respectful, prompt and thorough. Appreciated that he took the time to explain what and why he was doing everything, what to expect after that, and warned me to wait longer before releasing my dogs (just in case, as two of them have puppies). Great service!
