Harold and Jordan did an excellent job of removing my wasp problem. The were kind, and professional and the rather charming young boy who accompanied them was a delight!

We noticed bee-like insects flying in and out of a weep hole near the foundation of our home. Based on neighborhood recommendations, we called Bee Safe to have them removed. We took a video and sent it to the Bee Safe professional that we talked to. He was immediately able to identify them as aggressive German yellow jackets which are part of the wasp family. He told us that they eat beneficial insects including honey bees and also become more aggressive as their hive grows. He said that killing them was the best way to deal with them. He came out the next day with his protective bee-suit and sprayed inside the weep holes in the area where they were coming and going. By the next day, there was no more yellow jacket activity. He was very professional and helpful. Would definitely use Bee Safe again if another problem like this happened again.

I received a phone call from my mom one day that her house was being swarmed by bees. So I went online to find someone to take care of the bee situation. Luckily I came across Bee Safe Bee Removal. They sent out a gentleman by the name of Kenneth. He arrived at my mom's house quickly and had a crew out there within an hour. They had to remove some siding and wood to get to the queen bee. They got the queen bee and probably 99.9% of colony of bees. They put the siding and wood that they removed back together and did a great job. You can't even tell that they removed it. Kenneth was kind enough to stay around to make sure my mom had calmed down and was at ease. He also checked in with her the next few days to make sure there were no more bees. My second time using Bee Safe, and they did an amazing job again. I noticed some bees swarming, and thought they were just starting to get in...but look at the pics of what they found! Quick and easy removal and repair. It had me choose "bee extermination" below, but it was really "bee removal," as they vacuumed them up and saved them. Would recommend highly!

Jordan did a fantastic job exterminating a growing hive of wasps on my porch! My mom told me to just spray them myself, but I’m not about to mess with a whole nest of those critters!! Amazing service from Bee Safe Bee Removal. We noticed a hornet’s nest on Saturday afternoon around 1:30pm on our balcony. By 4:00pm, it was gone. I called for a quote, they sent me the information to upload photos and replied with the price. Once I accepted it, the bee technician came over and hour later and expertly removed everything. Bee Safe Service came out and completed a bee hive removal at my property. The extraction went well, and the beekeeper even showed me photos of the completed work. While he did not speak much English, which made face-to-face communication a bit difficult, the office manager called me directly and was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. I plan to wait a few weeks to ensure all the bees have fully cleared out, and I will update my review then!

Customer service is great. Received quote quickly and they followed up periodically to confirm when we were ready.
