Had Blake come out to do an inspection and it was such an amazing experience. He was very knowledgeable, very honest and even went as far as to say that we don’t want to charge you and have you pay for things that you won’t necessarily need. We ended up with no bees and just probably a stray one and he walked around the entire perimeter and checked everything. It cost us nothing and there was no obligation. Really good customer service. Highly recommend them.

We found a new bee infestation between our 1st and 2nd floors where they had gotten access through a small space in the soffit above our master bath. HBR came out the same day for an inspection and estimate and were able to come back the next day for treatment. It took one more visit to access the space under our 2nd floor bedroom for the complete clean out, but Tristan did a great job. He was very courteous and professional. Cleaned out the entire hide area and sealed the entry point, and we have a 2 year warranty on the remediation, so we’re very pleased and highly recommend HBR.

Very happy with the gentleman who came out to quote the service, he was very thorough and they gave us a reasonable quote. The technician was a different gentleman and was so kind, explained the processes before during and relocation of bees. The company deserves a 10! Highly recommended, next day service.

Tristan was very professional and clearly enjoys his work. He explained every step of the discovery and removal process and was considerate of minimizing damage to our exterior wall to complete the job. He even invited me to meet the bees and showed me the comb - his educational approach showed he obviously cares about relocating the bees successfully so thtat made me feel good about fixing our "problem" without harming the precious bees and our enviroment.

Thank goodness for this company! We needed to have a large bee hive removed and relocated safely that included thousands of bees from a tall tree at the roofline of our home. The office staff (Kim in particular) was very friendly and efficient. The technician who came got the job done faster than expected. We had a massive bee hive deeply embedded inside a CMU block wall on our active job site. These guys showed up quickly, assessed the situation, and handled the entire removal safely and professionally. They were in and out with minimal disruption to our work, which was huge for us. The hive was huge and not easy to access, but they did an outstanding job — thorough, clean, and left the area in great shape. Review the bee infestation in the am and same day got the bees out! A lot of bees had built honeycomb all over the vent for washer and dryer.

Blake and Victor was great in helping with the Bee Removal process. They were very transparent and answered all my questions. The process also included repair to house siding so no future bee will come back into the wall again.
