Jonathan B and Jeremy T are amazing. I’ve been with eco safe for over 20 years and I love their customer service and loyalty. I HATE bugs more than the average person and they never make me feel like I’m overreacting! Jeremy has been my go to person and I have grown to really like Jonathan enough to feel comfortable having him take care of anything as well. I have them do my quarterly service, mosquito control , rodent prevention , sealing of potential entry points , and termite prevention/early detection( through their sister company Miss Phoebe’s) . I had one issue with a different tech last year(not bad for 20+ yrs) but they jumped through hoops to make things right. Both of Jeremy and Jonathan are communicative about arrival time , services performed, and give thorough explanations of everything.

No one wants to discover termite activity in their home, but Jonathan and Vidal made a stressful situation so much easier. They were incredibly kind, professional, thorough, and took the time to patiently explain everything and answer all of our questions. What really stood out was the care they showed for our home. They treated it like it was their own and even went above and beyond by clearing out a substantial amount of wood debris from our crawlspace (who knows how that got there!) that could have easily become an invitation for future termite problems. That extra effort meant a lot to us. We're so grateful for their hard work, honesty, and attention to detail.
