This is the 3rd time we have used S&B. Mr. Billy and his team know what they are doing. We get the inside and outside sprayed. Bugs get knocked out. Mr. Billy ans his crew are prompt in the window time given. We are definitely using them again.

Great guys. Answered my call even while at lunch. Came in under the hour estimated. For a small.house brought two canisters and two guys did every room and answered my questions while reminding me of what to expect and not to do. Definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service

We had the first pest control company come out and treat and we didn’t not see results. But when I contacted (referral) S&B he took the job and treated my mother home for bedbugs and with the first treatment they were gone. He always work with us on scheduling as my mother is 91 years of age and hate to be moved around.(grumpy) I appreciate it and I am thankful. They gave great customer service to me and my family. S&B did the job so good that I’m fighting with my mother so they can do the(1-3) last Service. A example of Be of service!

Love this family owned business. They definitely come when needed and try to fix the problem at an affordable rate! I do wish they were alil more tech savvy but that is typically a limitation with smaller locally owned businesses. For example: I wish I got reminders for my quarterly service so I don’t go so long before o remember to call them to schedule a follow up. And I live by a creek that had all types of pests so it’s crucial for me to get those services on time
