SavATree - Tree Service & Lawn Care

No-Show I called on Monday and set up a consult appointment for Thursday morning (was even given the name of the person coming) and was no-showed. When I called an hour later to ask what was happening, I was advised my appointment had not been put in the schedule. I rearranged my day for this appointment and although it appears via their reviews they do good work, I can only attest to the administrative end of it. Not good. Perhaps when I'm not still in the heat of the moment I will delete this review, but people need to know to be sure and get the name of the person you spoke with if you arrange via phone. That still won't fix a no-show, but at least there will be a trail so that employees can be better trained in the future.

Update! Bark disease is doing great, yet needed second treatment because it was in an advanced state. Our trees are looking great, and we will use them whenever needed. Osvaldo Reyes is extremely kind and very knowledgeable in his job. It all started with a Better Business Bureau investigation and with that information I hired save a tree, that was my best choice. Cody came out who’s licensed arborist looked at all of our trees told us exactly what we needed to do. Got a quote and I hired them. Within a few days, the process started of getting all of my trees trimmed, they were gracious enough to leave me all of my mulch from those trees, which I cannot use as I want to. After that, they did come out and take care of the bark treatment that I needed on a few of my trees as well as fertilize. The people who trimmed my trees was a group of three men, and they were spectacular very funny and very nice and had rained off and on between the time they were trimming, I invited Them inside, but they sat in my garage. Dsvaldo did the bark treatment and fertilizer, it was very kind and extremely well trained, and I could not be happier about the entire process. I highly recommend Saveatree

Wendy was the arborist who came and examined our Arborvitae. She immediately identified the problem and why a portion of our tree was turning brown. It is being attacked by bag worms. We immediately hired SaveA Tree to try to save our tree. Wendy was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and explained what needed to be done. We paid for the tree to be sprayed, and someone came out within two days. She strongly suggested we also treat the tree with kelp. We explained that we were going to use Wriggle Brew. It is very similar to the kelp treatments suggested, but this is a product my nephew has developed and we have had very good success using this product on other plants and trees. Wendy is an asset to your company, and she should be complimented by your management.

SavaTree notified me on Friday that they would be applying treatment #4 on Monday. I really appreciate the warnings, and they always show up promptly on the day advertised. Eduardo is our yard specialist. He always explains what he is doing, then does a thorough job, then he checks back with us after the work, explaining what he saw, what he did, and how we need to water it in. My service provider was Eduardo. He is friendly, polite and very informative. He explained what he was applying to my grass and what i needed to do afterwards. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Eduardo has a great work ethic, ensuring he covers the whole yard not just the center area.This is his 4th application and my yard is looking beautiful. Neighbors have notice the difference in my yard from the other company maintaining it. They ask who is maintaining it now. SavaTree is a great company. The products they apply works. They also fertiliz my trees.
