Austin did an excellent job!

I had an issue with my misting system, I texted yesterday and this morning Austin came out and took care of it promptly and professionally. I could not be more pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend to anyone considering a mosquito misting system.

Austin did a great job with our installation. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional throughout the entire process. Communication was effortless. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. Employees like Austin make a real difference! Really appreciated the great service

Mosquito Nix has taken care of my home and business for over two years. Their service is excellent and I really appreciate their communication. The technician who services our house, Francisco, is wonderful and comes whenever we need help. The units work extremely well and we love being able to control mosquitoes from our phones! 10 out of 10 recommend mosquito control but specifically with Mosquito Nix.

The system works great, but the customer service is horrendous. It takes a minimum of 3 weeks to get a technician to come service the system anytime it's needed. What's the point of having a system that you cant use for months at a time. Good luck on trying to ever get a call back from a voicemail. There are much better options and companies out there. Look elsewhere.

Austin is my technician at Mosquito Nix. He always does a great job in keeping mosquitoes off of my property. It is easy for me to give him a five star rating. He’s great!

DO NOT sign up for this service! First of all it costs a fortune, and after promising you how they will faithfully be out to keep your system serviced and filled with necessary chemicals, they basically don’t show up again until YOU go to the trouble of discovering your system has run dry. And then IF you can get them on the phone they are very apologetic and then they will have someone come out “as soon as they can”. Absolutely horrendous. Don’t do it. I never, ever write reviews like this, but this is so bad, I’ve just had enough.

The service was good the first year, but the customer service is horrendous. My system ran dry and it took over a week to get someone to come address it. This is the second time this has happened. The company is happy to continue to take your money while your system isn't running. When I expressed this frustration, the agent told me I am not paying for a monthly service and I just have to wait until someone is available to address it. Then tried to explain I am paying for a service to treat my yard and if it isn't working then my money is wasted. She was very condescending and unwilling to even listen to the issue. The premise of the system is great when it works, but the customer service is one of the worse I have encountered in a long time.

Unfortunately can not recommend due to recent issues. We had had the company for several years. We recently requested they come check the system several times and when they finally did they informed us the computer board was no longer functional. They offered us 2 options. 1 to replace the entire system with a new updated one for several thousand, or 2. they would charge us hourly to remove the equipment. Looking back we had wondering if the system had been working for quite sometime as we never saw it go off, so we are estimating we had been paying for a nonfunctional system for about 1 year. It's disappointing to see the customer service they had offered at this point after having been with them for so long.
