Very friendly company. The tech that came out was very polite and knowledgeable. The prices are very affordable and the service you get is outstanding.

This particular company is efficient, effective, and honest. They tell you exactly what you need and no more. There is no big sell where they try to get you to invest more than you had anticipated and more than you needed. Each and every one of the specialists that has entered our home has been sincere, helpful, and truly good-hearted. Sometimes you feel uneasy when workmen to come into your house but you will never feel that way with one of these employees. Their office and phone staff are superior as well . They are all truly a cut above and whoever is doing the hiring deserves kudos! I have great faith in this company and I am very happy to recommend them to others who may have termite or other pest control issues. You will be very pleased with the care that you receive!

I contacted Markle for carpenter ants and had a two cycle treatment back in November. The technician was great when he came out. I saw an ant here and there immediately following the treatment, but assumed it would take a couple days to fully take effect. I continued to see ants, so I called back today. I was told my service had no warranty and that I would have to pay for the full cycle of treatment again. This was less than two months since the last time they were out. This tells me that they don’t stand behind their work. I was told by the technician that they were merging or purchased by a larger company, and changing their name. This could be the issue, but a terrible business practice. I will be finding someone else to complete what I paid them to do. Sure glad I didn’t buy their subscription service.

We had various insects we were having trouble with since we are in the country. Thanks to Markle we don't have that trouble. They are super friendly and caring. When they say they will be there they will be there. It doesn't matter if the insects are inside or outside they got you covered

Fantastic service! We have seen a huge difference since we started using Markle. Each technician has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our biggest problem was with wasps and the Markle Team has solved that issue. Also we no longer have pests in or around our home.

I had saved dead insects for inspection. Ben was our Specialist. He looked at them & assured us that they were termites & that we needed either a one time payment of $329.75, with $300 for initial installment, or $300 up front, with $25 per month, monitoring service. "Customer had swarms in kitchen. No active termites, or mud tunes found." Another company, Certified Termite & Pest Control, also came out and determined that we had some type of flying ant, that is NOT a termite & do NOT destroy your home. We opted to not treat them, and, haven't seen them again.
