No one showed up twice, which means 6 hours of my time wasted. I’ve spent weeks trying to get a refund and called many times with promises of a refund with no refund yet. Save yourself time and money and choose someone else.

I have contracted Dallas Ft. Worth since 2004 when I moved to our home in Richardson. Their service is exceptional! They do what they promise, and come back to service as many times as needed. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their trade and their prices are very affordable. Recommend them with confidence.

They were really great. Cedric was my technician and Ron came out to just see how the job was going and he may want me to do his books for him so this is a double win for me as I got a great termite job and I may have gained a really nice client. These guys really do a great job

I'm writing this review to let people know that there is really ☆☆☆☆SPAM REVIEWS☆☆☆☆ this is a real problem when you look at all the reviews and both sides. Why would someone give a one ☆ review and not leave a comment. I own and operate my own company and I do not know Mr Ron Dawson. I have over 100 reviews that I have done and do not always give a 5☆☆☆☆☆ review view my account this not something I normally do but spam really hurts good companies. But as a business owner please read all reviews if the company only has a few reviews you will get the whole picture of a company. If you work hard and get a review and get hit with a spam review it hurts your rating this Company should rated as 4.7 ☆☆☆☆ but a few spam reviews makes it look like this company is middle of the road. The owner refused to come out and give an estimate after we had an appointment scheduled. This was after I told him I was getting estimates together. "I dont play that game" were his words. I always call and get different estimates before doing a job. It definitely raises red flags when a business owner does not think their service is of higher value than their competitors.
