The service was not satisfactory. They treated my apartments for roaches twice in Wellington Park, but I still see many roaches around at night. Then I need to request my landlord over and over again

It’d be nice if your technicians driving company car didn’t cut people off at the stop sign while dropping off their kid at the Blalack Middle School in Carrollton. Happened this morning, April 9. You should have a talk with that dude. Not a good representation of your business.

Manny was awesome with taking care of my pest control here in Dallas. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan.

0 stars, your "techs" came out and sprayed the house inside and out for roaches. I am not against it but what I am against is them NOT spraying all the way to my property line so the bugs don't travel to my house because big companies don't totally get rid of bugs. I do my own house and it costs a lot to get totally rid of them. I keep all boxes and clutter out of my house as well as pets. I have a roach phobia.

Assurance services the townhomes we live in. They do an excellent job. Manny just sprayed our townhouse and he is such a gentleman. He's efficient and definitely knows what he is doing. I had my yard treated for ticks, mosquitoes and other pesky insects. Assurance was able to significantly reduce their frequency. A separate time we had an unwanted guest making visits to our kitchen in the winter time. Assurance was able to get rid of it within a days time. Their work is quality and it’s guaranteed! Best in the business!

Manny is amazing! I was dealing with a termite and bee issue for almost a year until he came along. We tired multiple companies but they never completely got rid of them. I am so happy with his professional experience and will only call on him from now on!

Another pest control company referred me to Manny and told me to reach out. I shot him a text and he answered promptly. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, luckily as I was fixing to move in and only had 1 day to get everything in order. He showed up 10 minutes early and was very professional, prompt and thoroughly sprayed the inside, outside and patio. He even put a solution in the sink that'll eliminate gnats. Will call again in the next 3 months to schedule a quarterly spray. Do not hesitate to reach out to him!

Manny is the absolute best! We had a contract with terminix for YEARS. They came out for a routine spray and decided to tell us they found signs of termites. Assurance came out as a second opinion and told us we had absolutely no signs anywhere, of termites. We immediately canceled with terminix and have been using assurance ever since (a year). They are always so kind and responsive, and TRUSTWORTHY. I highly recommend them.

I have them at my apartment, they do very little and have not taken care of my pest problem.
