I have used Alamo for 2/3 years and even on two different properties and they have always been helpful and reliable in any problems I have had. Jessica Ramirez has been especially helpful in any changes needed to my services.

I’ve been with Alamo Pest Control for over a year and they have done an amazing job at keeping rodents out of our property. Their technicians and office staff provide the best customer service. When I called customer support, Jessica Ramirez was more than helpful in answering my questions and helping to fulfill my request.

From the moment we called that morning, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and top-tier customer service from Patricia. Hearing the distress in our voices, she worked quickly to have Clayton — whom we now call “the closer” — come out and assist with an estimate and explain the services the company could provide. Clayton was kind, reassuring, and made us feel like everything was truly going to be okay. Then came the day of service with Erick C.. This young man was superb — extremely detailed, precise, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. He understood all of our concerns and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, including what to watch for moving forward. Both Erick and Clayton started conversations with, “Okay, I have good news and bad news,” but even the difficult news was always followed with reassurance and confidence that the issue could be handled. That level of honesty, compassion, and customer care meant everything to us. Thank you, Alamo Pest Control, for treating our family with such care and professionalism.

I’ve had a horrible experience with Alamo. They have great inspector / sales people, but when it comes to actually completing the service, it was done hastily and incorrectly. Another inspector confirmed this and I’ve had an impossible time getting them to reply much less come out and install it correctly for weeks.

Alamo Pest was exceptional! Especially Gary who came out to do the inspection. He was incredibly helpful & very respectful.

Alamo Termite & Pest Control has been a great company to work with in battling those pesky Texas pests! Unfortunately, we are moving out of state, or we would have continued to use Alamo Termite & Pest Control for their prompt and professional service! Dan Matthews inspected my home for termites and rodents, and we got a great deal for pest control + termite. Dan was easygoing, friendly, and knowledgable and gave all the options that would best fit our financial situation and termite situation. I definitely recommend Alamo as it has competent and friendly people to assist you. Even Alexis, the person taking appointments, was welcoming and friendly.

Perfect! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly checked out my attic and explained what he found that could be ,the access point for the mice. Excellent customer service, the lady over the phone was really helpful. The technician was sharp on time and very professional. I think the price is ok, I mean it's not cheap nor expensive, it's accesible. Totally worth it!

Great service and always communicates. Never had a bug issue since getting them. Side note* they mentioned they partnered with an energy comp that just wanted to stop by and say a few words. Failed to mention it was a salesman for solar panels. The guy said he wasnt leaving my house unless he finished the deal. I had to open my door and tell him to get out. Forcefully kick the guy out of my house. I was beyond ready to cancel after that unwanted visit. That pissed they didnt warn me and sent that to my home. However, no bugs and they do their job well. Absolutely dont trust them with that “visit mention great ways to save on energy”

Alamo Pest Control seems to be the only company that I have found that actually kills the bugs!! I find them to be Spot On❗️🤸‍♀️🤸😊

I recommend looking elsewhere before using Alamo. We’ve been using them for the past couple years and have been happy with the service up until their most recent visit. The prices had nearly doubled, which we initially did not have an issue with due to having success with them in the past. We had a treatment done on 6/7 and after giving it a couple weeks, we did not see any improvement. I called on 7/29 to let them know we were still having issues and was told we were out of our warranty period. Their website states ‘100% satisfaction guarantee within a reasonable timeframe’. We were told if we would have called 2 weeks earlier, they would consider this reasonable and that our only option now is to pay for another treatment. Several other companies in the area offer a 60 day warranty period right off the bat, without using language that can be interpreted to their advantage later.

We love Alamo! Mike Anthony is a great route technician and did a very thorough job. All their technicians are very professional and do a great job looking over the house and keeping critters out!
